IT Systems Administrator

Our existing customers are Hospitals, Community Services, and NHS Commissioners that we partner with to deliver tech enabled virtual wards. With our technology, logistics, and support patients can be discharged from a hospital ward to a virtual one and recover in the comfort of their own homes. Role and responsibilities

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our systems and devices. This includes managing suppliers, coordinating the delivery of equipment, maintaining asset registers and access logs, onboarding and offboarding employees, providing security training.

You will also provide general IT support to employees, manning the service desk as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance security

The Ideal Candidate is someone Who is reliable, trustworthy, takes the initiative and cares about documenting repeatable processes and making sure that the system runs smoothly

In this role, you will

• Manage suppliers and coordinate the delivery of equipment
• Maintain asset registers and access logs
• Onboard and offboard employees
• Provide security training and enforce compliance with ISO 27001 standards
• Monitor and maintain system performance
• Identify and resolve system issues
• Provide general IT support to employees, manning the service desk as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance security
• Requirements
• Experience with device and asset management
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Being able to provide out of hours support as we sometimes have nurses working all hours
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards

Our team is remote first with offices in London and Stockholm. Most of the team lives in and around London and visits the office one to three times per week to enjoy in person meetings, free lunch with the team, and the general perks of a WeWork. The extent of remote vs office working will depend on your role, as some roles have the flexibility to be fully remote.
