Why This Opportunity Matters:


Most recruitment is transactional. We're building something different - community-driven hiring in web3 and AI.


You'll be placing Machine Learning Engineers at AI startups building AGI. Smart contract developers at DeFi protocols. Research scientists working on multimodal models. These are people solving real problems, and you're the bridge connecting them to the right opportunities.


What You're Actually Doing:


This is full 360. You own everything:

  • Community Building: Embedding yourself in AI Discord servers, Crypto Twitter, Telegram groups, GitHub discussions, hackathons - where real developers actually hang out
  • Sourcing: Finding talent through GitHub, Stack Overflow, developer communities, not just LinkedIn spam
  • Partnerships: Building long-term relationships with Series A-C startups (web3 + AI focused)
  • Delivery: Managing the full candidate experience - offers, negotiations, onboarding


You're remote. You work US/Canada hours (flexible but deals happen EST/PST). Zero micromanagement. We track outcomes, not activity.

The best placements come from relationships built over time, not databases scraped yesterday. You'll earn credibility by understanding the tech, engaging authentically, and actually helping people - not just filling roles.


The Tech Stack (Actually Matters):

Translation: You spend time building relationships and closing deals, not wrestling with admin and manual data entry.


What We Need:

βœ… Technical curiosity - you should know what GPT-4 is, why Ethereum matters, what a transformer model does

βœ… Hunter mentality - you generate pipeline through genuine engagement

βœ… US/Canada market experience (or proven ability to learn fast)
