The Role 🤝

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help lead the growth and partnership initiatives of SOON. This role is integral to scaling our business and deepening strategic partnerships across Ethereum, Solana, TON, and other key blockchain ecosystems. As a BD Manager, you will assist in implementing growth strategies, support relationship-building efforts, and collaborate with various stakeholders - including ecosystem partners, protocol developers, and industry professionals. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and contribute to the expansion of SOON's network and influence in the blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities 🦾

• Strategic Partnerships: Forge, negotiate, and manage high-impact alliances with ecosystem partners, exchanges, and projects across major blockchain ecosystems. Leverage these partnerships to expand SOON's presence and strengthen its value proposition across key sectors, including AI, Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), Payments, and Gaming.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in the execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to AI, DePIN, Payments, and Gaming verticals. Help enact targeted, data-driven plans to drive user acquisition, product adoption, and overall growth within each sector, ensuring alignment with SOON's overarching goals.
• DeFi Liquidity & User Strategy: Help to drive the strategy to enhance liquidity and onboard users within the DeFi ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement mechanisms that support sustainable liquidity pools, incentivize user engagement, and foster a robust DeFi environment on SOON.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Continuously identify emerging market opportunities and execute initiatives to maximize SOON's ecosystem reach and adoption. Develop market insights and leverage data analytics to refine business development initiatives and adapt strategies to evolving industry trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a respected industry representative for SOON, building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, investors, and influential figures across the crypto and blockchain landscape.
• Business & Growth: Assist Soon team in building scalable business models that contribute to growth and ecosystem adoption, translating complex product features into compelling cases for target audiences.

Qualifications 👩‍💻

• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or a similar experience. Ideally 1+ year(s) in a similar role within blockchain/crypto, with a track record of securing impactful partnerships.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and emerging trends across Ethereum, Solana, TON, and related projects.
• Demonstrated success in high-stakes negotiations and a strategic approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
• Skilled in collaborating with and engaging a diverse, global team and customer base.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for contributing to the future of decentralized technology.
