About the Role

ZetaChain is looking for a Lead Designer to spearhead design efforts for a new product. As a “founding” designer, you’ll be integral in shaping both the product design and the overall brand direction. This role offers a unique blend of creativity, innovation, and fun, allowing you to work across multiple domains, including product design, UX research, and creative direction. While you will lead the new product, you’ll also be able to work with other designers on the ZetaChain team to develop ideas, get feedback from, and collaborate with.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Product Design: Take ownership of designing products that onboard and reward users into web3 applications at scale.
• Dynamic Feature Design: Work on real-time, gamified features that enhance user engagement and bring innovation to life.
• Creative Direction: Set the creative vision and branding for the products you help build.
• Full Product Lifecycle: Design products from the ground up, including branding, prototyping, user testing, and iteration.
• Collaborative Development: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to bring your designs to life through thoughtful UI/UX development.
• Research & UX: Conduct UX research to identify user needs, improve experiences, and ensure products meet real-world requirements.
• Ecosystem Guidance: Advise and collaborate with ecosystem apps on product design and branding to align with ZetaChain’s mission.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in consumer social, gaming, e-commerce, or rewards products.
• Experience with graphics, interactive, or branding.
• Technical understanding and/or the ability to break down complex technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• You’ve worked on a new product from idea to launch before.
