Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to build and implement key features for the Backpack Exchange and Wallet.
• Optimize performance and address any bugs or technical issues within the platform.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize Rust and Python programming languages and Web3 technologies to develop robust and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with front-end developers utilizing React to integrate backend functionality seamlessly into the user interface.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Solana blockchain technology and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our platform.

Requirements:

• Passion for blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the crypto ecosystem.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development and proficiency in Rust programming language.
• Solid understanding of Web3 concepts and experience working with blockchain protocols, particularly Solana.
• Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment on the Solana blockchain is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
