Job Summary:

Envisso is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Product Manager with experience in data-focused solutions within the payments and financial technology spaces. The role will involve managing the end-to-end development process of data-focused solutions, integration of AI/ML capabilities, and management of the data strategy within Envisso. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product management, worked in the payments or financial technology space previously, and have been involved in a small company or startup environment.

Envisso (formerly Kinetic) is an early-stage fintech startup founded by a team with deep financial services experience and backed by one of the world's leading venture capital investors.

At Envisso, we are building a platform that uses machine learning and advanced analytics to better understand merchant risk in payments and, in doing so, deliver solutions that remove friction and enable growth for payments companies and their merchants.

Responsibilities:

● End-to-end product development management, delivery, and improvement of data-driven merchant risk solutions for payment service providers.

● Championing our customers' needs within the company and within the broader industry.

● Hands-on data analysis to translate complex datasets into product enhancements and actionable insights.

● Development and ongoing delivery of customer-facing data strategy.

● Planning, research, and integration of AI components into the Envisso merchant risk solution set, alongside our existing AI and data engineering teams.

● Development of subject matter expertise within the payments, merchant risk, and financial services areas.

● Mentoring and career development support for more junior members of the Envisso team

Role Requirements:

● Previous experience delivering data as a service and/or API-based solutions.

● At least 5 years of experience in product management roles or similar areas.

● More than 3 years of experience in data analytics environments.

● Experience in the payments and financial technology space for at least 3 years.

● Good SQL knowledge.

● Worked in a startup or small company environment and can understand and deal

with the challenges of this environment.

● Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Nice-to-Haves:

● Experience across multiple regions (examples: Asia, Europe, Latin America).

● Working experience with credit risk or insurance related areas

● Python development knowledge

● AI product delivery experience.

● Machine learning development experience.

● Previously owned and delivered the long-term data strategy within a company.

Note: The nice-to-have qualifications are not mandatory but would be considered as

additional strengths for the role.
