UI/UX Designer

Description

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to work alongside the founders and Frontend Software Engineers to craft a beautiful and intuitive user experience. The right person for this role is obsessed with user experience and design. This person loves working in a fast-paced environment with a small team, enjoys working on cutting-edge technology, and is demonstrably interested in or experienced in blockchain technology and DeFi.

Role

• Design and maintain a unified design system and beautiful user experience.
• Collaborate with Frontend Engineers on implementing the design.
• Collaborate with the founders of Convexity Labs to make strategic product and go-to-market decisions.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years as a product designer, preferably at a blockchain company.
• Experience designing products from scratch.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard design tooling (i.e. Figma).
• Professional or native English language proficiency.
• Interest in DeFi, blockchains, or cryptocurrency.

Bonus

• Experience in marketing and community building.
• Experience with 3D animation and graphic design.
